Wedding loans

My car has kicked the bucket. As I run a wedding cake bakery, this will simply not do. My business cash won't cover this purchase. I need to deliver the wedding cakes to my clients; it would be very unprofessional to have the couple pick up their wedding cake. I need an instant loan.

I don't have time to approach different banks to find out the best car loan. Luckily I can search online to out which banks offer the best car loans for me. This site offers comparisons, calculators, the latest banking news and more.

Online lenders and internet banks are quite easy to find.

You Choose, You Lose...Money!

Choosing new bank cards is almost mission impossible. There are far too many to choose from and so many features available that it's hard to know where to start!! I have been searching for the last week only to realise that I will need to bookmark every online credit cards website and somehow compare each card. This will be a most frustrating process! My financial advisor suggested I visit the following websites as they actually do all the hard work for you and even have credit card comparison tables!

If I have my way, I will find a card with 0% interest on balance transfers for 12 months, a free rewards program, at least 55 days interest free, and the best card services available. This may be a tall ask but there may just be the perfect card out there for me. I shall look at all those websites shortly and hopefully I needn't look any more.

Mobile Bakery

I really struggle to get through the day without having the internet at my fingertips to search for recipes whenever I feel the urge to cook. My mobile is not 3G so I am unable to search online without hours passing by waiting for 1 page to load. My credit card and I will have to go online shopping this week to rectify the problem!

I hope there are some water/batter proof mobile phone cases incase I keep it on the bench as I cook. With all the unusual mobile accessories available, it should surely be available to buy from most phone stores. Before I even consider accessories to buy, I should probably choose a mobile phone plan with free mobiles so I know what phone model to buy for.

I'm really happy with my current phone plan so I might stay with it but just buy a new handset separately. There are so many to choose from that i'll need to do some thorough research to ensure I choose a mobile with all my desired features at a reasonable price. I shall track down some cheap mobiles online tonight!

Websites to Peruse

While hunting for new recipes, I came across these websites which are chock full of useful information. They are run by various people and contain favourite and recommended websites which I have also come to love.

John has some brilliant websites saved which I have bookmarked. Peter has chosen some fascinating sites of great merit. Pam also has some smashing sites featuring finance, weddings, and real estate.

New Look Jobs.com.au

The high ranking Australian jobs and career website, Jobs.com.au, has partnered with JOBX in a move to improve the customer experience with greater search functionality and a wider variety of advertised positions. The Jobs.com.au business was acquired in June 2007 by a Brisbane-based web publishing firm. Since the original relaunch of Jobs.com.au in 2007, the website has continued its rise in popularity to its current standing as one of the highest ranking job sites in Australia.

Brisbane, QLD (PRWEB) April 19, 2008 -- The high ranking Australian jobs and career website, Jobs.com.au, has partnered with JOBX in a move to improve the customer experience with greater search functionality and a wider variety of advertised positions. The Jobs.com.au business was acquired in June 2007 by a Brisbane-based web publishing firm. Since the original relaunch of Jobs.com.au in 2007, the website has continued its rise in popularity to its current standing as one of the highest ranking job sites in Australia.

Jobs.com.au CEO, Peter Andronicos, understood the need for a more comprehensive user experience if the website was to grow, the dynamic career website JOBX was approached to further develop the functionality of Jobs.com.au. This partnership has benefited JOBX by providing them with much more high quality traffic than they would normally have expected and has shown exceptional results in a very limited amount of time. A marked increase in the exploration of the pages on Jobs.com.au has also been felt, demonstrating that users have embraced the changes with gusto.

With the unemployment rate at astonishing lows of 4.0% in March 2008, job search sites offer more potential than ever before in helping people into the careers they want. Low unemployment and a high level of new jobs being advertised every day means that users more than ever before will need easily accessible and understandable help to sort through the massive range of career choices. Signs that job advertisements have fallen in both February and March indicates some slowing of the economy, but this makes it more vital than ever to get into the right job before competition rises again.

Using the JOBX platform allows Jobs.com.au to provide a range of tools and resources for job seekers. From job-related videos, including tips on how to do well in interviews to inspiration and advice from experts in their field. There's also a range of web 2.0 features such as the job wiki, polls, webinars, job news, competitions and podcasts. Jobs.com.au also provides a cheaper alternative for employers to advertise a job online with listings starting from just $29.95.

Jobs.com.au provided a portal to many top career websites and job search tools from its original launch in 2007, but the redesign of the site has dramatically improved the range of user experience. A powerful search tool has been added to the site, making it much more convenient to find the best jobs, as well as a massive expansion of the job categories index to help users of all kinds to narrow down their search criteria even further. Additionally, extra resources and training possibilities have been added to the Jobs.com.au site by JOBX, giving users help beyond just searching through advertised positions.

Work Lunches

I can never find anything remotely tasty when it comes to packing work lunches. I always intend on cooking extra dinner so I can take leftovers but I just end up eating it all! I've tried sandwiches, salads, homemade sushi (disaster!), and all manner of things but everything ends up soggy and unpleasant. I've even resorted to ordering pizza for lunch with my credit card online!

I should make a huge amount of soup, stew, or curry in my slow cooker over the weekend and freeze lunch sized portions to heat up at work. I just need to motivate myself to spend a little bit of time chopping extra vegetables so I won't have to worry at all during the week. I've simply got to get out of this pizza habit, if i'm not careful i'll find myself with credit card online debt!
